First we offer full service where we do all the marketing (internet, print, billboard, website management,hosting travel writers, etc), handling guests reservations and all guest management, housekeeping, paying lodging taxes, small maintenance items, scheduling and overseeing of larger maintenance items and monthly owner reports. This service is 50% of gross revenue.
The second service we provide is as Booking Agent, you get to take advantage of our fantastic marketing efforts and full time nearly round the clock reservationist. We make it a point to return every call within minutes if we are not able to pick up call the first time. The fee for this service is flexible based on the number of cabins you have.
Another option would be to simply advertise on my site for free, the guest will be charged a 10% fee on top of your desired rate (Just like Airbnb).
