Rates based on two guests on weekdays & four guests on weekends, additional guests – $15 per person per night.
In Season is March 1- May 31st + Nov., Peak Season is June 1-Nov. 4 and Holidays, Off Season is Dec. 1st-Feb. 28th (excluding Dec. 24th-Jan. 1st)
Weekends include Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 2-4 night. min. in Peak Season and Holidays. Sunday is priced at a Weekday rate when you start your stay on Sunday. Thursday is priced at a Weekend rate when you book Thurs. & Fri.
A minimum 3 night stay is required during holidays, July, August, and October.
