A long time ago someone moved two 1892 steam passenger train cars to this 1/2 acre of land. You see New Smyrna Beach is the 3rd oldest town in FL because it was a train hub. These train cars are each 30′ long and 9′ wide. In between the 2 cars a 6′ section was added to make the family room bigger and to allow for 2 bathrooms. Until December 2021, these 2 train cars were hidden under the cover of drywall so that you could not see the roof or the windows at the top of the train, nor could you see the old windows that were on the sides of the train. All of that has now been restored for you to see a part of history.
WiFi, charcoal grill, fire ring for campfires, washer/dryer, central heat and air, 2 smart TV’s
(streaming and antenna available), 1.5 baths + outside shower on deck. Full Kitchen with
dishwasher, stove, microwave and coffee maker. As the crow flies you are less than 3 miles to the
beach or 3.9 miles to the Flagler Ave. beach ramp or 8 min. drive time.
New Smyrna has so much live music that you literally can see 5+ bands on any given night within a 1
mile area. It also has some of the best restaurants. My favorite is the Garlic, I could go on and
on. New Smyrna is the best beach town you will ever go to and I am not exaggerating.
